We do offer refunds under the following conditions:

You did not receive the file after payment.
You are unable to download the file.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and the refund process may take up to 15 days.

Since our products are digital, there is no need to return any items. Please make sure to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any concerns or issues with your product or transaction, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help!

If you lose your file, you may contact us for a replacement, please make sure you have your order number to receive replacement file.
